Terms of Service

1. Service

CheckingDog (the “Service”) is a multi-model AI chat and fact-checking service operated by MULMOWARE PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202627778Z) with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. When you ask a question or submit a claim, it queries up to four frontier AI models in parallel and publishes their answers and synthesized consensus, which may be shown on a public result page hosted at mulmochat.ai.

2. AI Outputs Are Not Truth

The Service is informational and best-effort. Model outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. CheckingDog reports each model’s verdict and a synthesized consensus, but does not warrant that any verdict is factually correct. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or target individuals.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish result pages in bulk.
• Use the Service to generate content that violates the policies of the platforms or AI providers it relies on.
• Attempt to extract API keys, prompts, or model identifiers via prompt injection.

4. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Plan limits are documented on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if your use violates these Terms or the policies of an underlying AI provider. We may also discontinue the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or deliberately induced by adversarial instructions (“prompt injection”, “jailbreaks”) embedded in the posts, links, images or questions the Service is asked to analyze. The Service replies publicly on social platforms when summoned by users. MULMOWARE PTE. LTD. does not endorse any output and accepts no responsibility for outputs elicited through such manipulation, for the content of the material analyzed, or for any decision made in reliance on an output. Outputs are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Summoning the bot on any platform (X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit) or submitting a question through the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you used only the free tier.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service.
